Tonight we officially opened Tara's fund through the Community Foundation of Flint! More details for making donations directly to the fund (tax deductible) will be available as soon as we have all the information and links to share. We are very excited that we were able to reach such a landmark in such a short amount of time. Thank you is not nearly enough of a statement for all the love and support we have felt.

It has been a year since we lost Tara in the motorcycle accident. There is not a day that goes by in which I don't think about my sister. I miss her terribly; but, through working with the fund I have found a purpose and a drive. To date, we have raised $12,500 for Tara's memorial fund and we can officially open the account to start giving grants! This is a huge accomplishment that would not be possible without the love and support of our entire fund team as well as our family and friends who donate their time and money to our fund. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this fund a success!

We will continue to fundraise every year so we can keep supplying grants to groups or organizations that will use the grant monies for the betterment of animals.
